LOL my first thought was "THORIN!" But if you don't want him to have a Norse-y/LotR name... then David? That was the second thing that popped in cause his face and hair color and facial hair... he looks like my uncle David when he was in his 20s lol

For a name that's normal and not randomly looking like someone...
