I redownloaded the poses...I'll try it again. I tried googling, but I'm bad at searching things so I found nothing -_- I'm gonna post this in the help forums and see if I can fins anything there.

Ummmm...probably not. (Never really dealt with them much) How do you delete them?
In your Sims 3 folder, delete the compositorCache.package and scriptCache.package
It might not do anything, but it could help! :mrgreen:
I just realised I never deleted compositorcache! Thanks! I started a new town and moved in a new family...it's been stuck on loading for about an hour...let's hope it loads by the time I wake up O_O
