Sitting on Floor Poses?

I'd like to try and get my sims to sit on the floor just like they would when they do homework or for the gift giving party, etc. If there is a technique to do it normally as suggested here I can't access it because the page turns up nothing. If it's via pose player then I have an additional problem, namely I can't find the pose itself. Most of the sitting poses are family portraits or model poses, but I just want my sim to sit comfortably on the floor.
