Skills Certificates
Hello everyone! I have tried in vain to find a list of which skills on Sims 3 give you a certificate to no avail. I know that not all of the skills give you a certificate. Does anyone know all of the skills that do give you a certificate?

Athletic; Charisma; Cooking; Fishing; Gardening; Guitar; Handiness; Logic; Painting; Writing; Photography; Martial Arts; Nectar; Sculpting; Inventing; Piano; Bartending (Mixology); Bass Guitar; Drums; Riding; Scuba Diving; LaserHarp (Laser-Rhythm-a-Con) and Learn To Drive (as a teenager).
Also accordingly, these skills do not give a certificate:
Street Art; Science; Social Networking; Bot Building; Future (Advanced Technology most likely); Spellcraft (probably Alchemy); Racing & Jumping (horse); Child Cooking; Blocks; Peg Box; Xylophone; Potty Training; Learn To Talk; Learn To Walk.
And the massive list of hidden skills do not give a certificate:
