(Solved) New save starting with wrong world file

Edit: I managed to fix it. I reinstalled my game and now the world is as original again.
So I have Ellacharmed's world fixes for most of the worlds, but I've experienced a lot of terrain glitches with the Twinbrook version so I took it back out and put the original world file back in. However, now that I've started a new game it still starts with the Ellacharmed version of the world. Is there something I'm missing?
