***SOLVED**** Unable to Rename Sims 3 Folder

The box to be shared isn't checked.
Under the sharing tab it says:
Network File and Sharing Folder
Screenshots - Shared
Network Path:

When I click on advanced sharing, it's all blank and greyed out.
