I really would advice you to install a program to clean up your pc regularly (on weekly basis)
There are a lot of free tools out there to do so. I can give you advice on my favorite but not sure if i'm allowed to on this site :?
When downloading any, just be sure to read EXACTLY what they want you to install. They often want you to install extra programs and features which you don't want/need and can decline.
