STILL Can't Sign Into Sims 3 Player Wall Through Launcher!

Question

I'm on the verge of uninstalling my game and never playing again. My email file in my downloads folder will NOT regenerate and I think that's what's causing the issue I'm having. Please do NOT advise me to talk to a rep because they'll probably just tell me to do what I've been doing.

I’m sorry you haven’t received help yet and are so frustrated right now. This game has had me screaming at my computer before. I never use this games online features so I’m not sure how to help. This may frustrate you further if you’ve already tried this but the only solution I know of to sign on not working for no apparent reason is to clear Internet Explorers cache and cookies.
