Stop Sims From Moving Into Neighborhood
I want to stop Sims that are pre-made from EA from moving into my neighborhood, but I don't want to disable Story Progression. Is there any mod that stops this? I think NRaas has one.

I would use NRaas for story progression and use customized settings as well as rezoning empty houses to community lots to keep sims from being moved in.I've got story progression so heavily customized with the settings and castes for each household that I can switch families in the game and play an entire town.I don't get new sims moving into town unless I went into edit town and chose a family to move into town manually.
