Story Progression Settings

I do not see Master Controller as an option. I gather that is something else I need to install?
Edited to add: I did find Master Controller, installed it and reset my Sim. He was still showing hungry but upon eating, he was fine. That seemed to fix him.
Now, in the same family, I'm seeing pixel weirdness on the floor where my Sim was teaching her toddler to walk. I guess I should to do a town reset to see if it fixes itself. I haven't had any of these issues prior to installing nrass. I guess my game just needs to get used to it.
