Btw sorry for my terrible english - deleted
- I would say than go for the desktop so if you want you can make changes and desktop would be better to game on. Im still looking through a lot of them but so far this one has more hard drive space than others that are equal or around same price as this one below

- I was looking at cyberpower for you on newegg but I could not find a factory one compatible to the asus I posted. Or you can go on the cyberpower web and do a custom computer
I have a laptop like this and I love it but i's a little over what you posted as far as price. Mine was a little more than this one. Still looking. This laptop has better processor and more ram than the desktop I posted which a laptop should since desktop games better than laptops

The desktop I posted after tax and if you want extended warranty will probably be $1000. I don't want to go to over your price unless you want to "AxelTaylor01;13397255" wrote:
The one that pheobebebe13 linked is a good one. It doesn't have an ssd (which makes boot and load times extremely fast, but other than that it won't affect actual performance). The graphics card is supported by all TS3 games to which is good. Here's a link to the supported graphics cards for TS3, just make sure that whatever you go with is all in green, or if it's not listed ask someone on here about it. Hope this helps. :) http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_System_Requirements#Desktop_Graphics_Card_Compatibility_and_Recommendations
thanks some of the newer cards are not on that list like the 800 nvidia series. the 860 is replacing the 760 etc. This is what Im learning as I look since many new cards are not on the old sims 3 list.- deleted

@phoebebebe13 Sorry for asking noob questions but does the laptop use windows? And could if I wanted in the future expand the ram of the desktop?
yes both the laptop and the desktop use windows. You can always add more ram in a desktop but not while there is a warranty or it might be voided. I have a laptop similar to the one I posted only I have 16gb ram and a higher video card. I can add ram to my laptop once the warranty is up but the ram is very expensive in a gaming laptop. 16 gb ram is more than fine with the sims. 12gb ram should be fine too. even 8 gb ram is fine but I prefer more ram!
If you want to go over your price of $1000 I could find you a better desktop with more ram and maybe even a better or equal video card. This all depends what you want to spend. When you add more ram or a better video card expect to up the price of the computer.- deleted
- now my next question is , is that including tax. ? just example my computer was around 1400 and wound up at around 1600 after tax . I think I would have to go back and look I forgot.
