One problem here is that there isn't a TS3 development team and there hasn't been one for coming up on 7 years now. By posting this here, you are putting your questions/requests before a community of your fellow players (and the moderators). You might have more of a chance of getting EA's attention by posting on AHQ instead, but I fear that you will likely get a canned response which wouldn't be exceptionally helpful.
