Supernatural or Pets?

I'm growing my Sims 3 collection 'everyday' :)
What is your opinion on those 2 packs? I know this packs are very specific, but i'ld like to hear your opinion besides being supernatural or pet's lovers... Are they well balanced in what concerns to quantity of content? What else, besides the obvious, is offered?

@StephSteb i have been avoiding supernatural ep cause Im not much into occults. But i gotta say that this expansion is realy really cool! I've only tried alchemy by now. My sim is not even a real witch but im having so much fun! I love the fact that sims can engage in a supernatural lifestyle without being actual occults. And the bb is also amazing!
