What an impressive list of names. I particularly like Ethelbert which is a good Anglo-Saxon name. When I was a child there was a Flowers scrap yard in our town too :)

There is a test that can be used to see if the pet name one is considering is going to work well in real life, seems like it should apply here. Imagine for a moment that your pet (is not aquatic and) has run off or flown away. You are systematically going through the neighborhood calling out its name and asking everyone you meet if they have seen your (fill in the name here). Do you feel foolish doing this?

Many of the food names above are seem great to me, but I'm afraid Banana and a small number of the others fail the above test. ;)

My best friend's grandmother's poodle was named Askim. You can imagine the dialogue - "What's your dog's name?" "Askim." :joy:

If you don't want to repeat names, just take them down using excel and then class them in alphabetical order... :)

lol in Spanish we have some dog's name's like that, for example Cual = which/which one and Comotu = Como tú = Like you :lol:

OOhh, I actually like Morningway, from my own list. :D but it unfortunately doesn't work with my current family I've been trying to work on lol but you're welcome for the list, I might add some more later or get around to listing some pet names :D
