Tell me why "you" think it's so hard to install mods/cc?

Seriously, this is bugging me more and more lately. No matter what instructions are followed (and most are pretty much the same), people seem to have issues. And before you respond, let me tell you wh...

Yeah but that's not really the same thing. The Sim 3 UIC is just another program application like any other you have installed on your computer.
