Due to a crash, the cliffhanger about the house's expectations is no longer valid. I took the story into a different direction as to not having to replay events that never turn out the same the second time 'round.
Previously on McBain Hill
After working hard for her family, the kindhearted Callie gets steamrolled by Mariah. Callie reluctantly gives Mariah control over the Mendez Estate.
Mariah likes to see herself as strong and disciplined and looks after her weak-minded brother in such a way that people suspect that there's more going on between Mariah and Guevara than sibling-friendship.
Currently on McBain Hill
Callie, confused and downthrodden by her own kids, seeks love and understanding and meets a woman called Georgia Kennedy. Georgia, unbeknowst to Callie, came to McBain Island with one goal in her mind, to marry the widow of the Mendez Estate. When Georgia learns that the estate will never fall in the hands of the Kennedies because it has already been transfered to the rightful heir, she breaks the relationship off.
But Callie is madly in love with Georgia and is not of a mind to let it end like this. After the a rocky courtship, Georgia warms up to Callie and develops genuine feelings for her. They marry and they have three kids. Jake, Max (a daughter) and Georgina.
Georgia discovers that she loves having a family and wishing to raise five kids to teenagers, she quits her job to make that happen. Little does Georgia know what the future has in store...
On a normal sunday, Callie walks in on Mariah and Guevara who just come out of the same shower together. Callie is livid and empowered by her newly wed wife and fresh motherhood, she takes charge of the situation in quite a decisive manner.
Mariah is placed under close scrutiny by Georgia (A bodybuilding butch of a woman who breaks teenagers like Mariah in two for giggles.) and sends Guevara away to the School of Peace of Love, where he will be cared for and his mental condition seen to.
Mariah funds the construction of the Mendez Conquestadores Stadium and plans on owning it in full. She also makes progress finishing up the renovation of McBain Hill that her grandmother Shenhua had to halt due to solvency-problems.
Mariah is hard to pin down though. She writes smut novels that sell pretty well, does webcam-woohoo and engages in public woohoo at the festival with every teenage-boy willing. Yet, free from her brother, Mariah notices a boy called Abraham Shaffer and the two hit it off.
Georgia, who does her best to keep track of Mariah, is thrown of the tracks and Mariah takes Abraham on a night of roleplay and woohoo which results in a pregnancy.
During a field-trip, Mariah gives birth to a babygirl she named Jennifer in memory of her grand-grandmother who's every book she has read.
Seeing as they can't stop Mariah from having woohoo, Callie and Georgia make Mariah and Abraham promise to use protection, but soon after the teenage Mariah is pregnant again...
