OK so after having sometime to think about it...I'm going to implement the rule for non buyable properties. These rules are up for discussion. I just dont want to make rules that messes up the balance of the challenge.
With that said my ruling is.....
Non buyable properties may be place as long as a heir is willing to complete the career that is appointed to that property. Ie...to plop a firehouse your current heir must complete the firefighter career after building is placed.
If there are any objections please let me know or if you have a better idea don't be afraid to voice your opinion.
