Angelzzzz - I think the University stuff to unlock is if you want to place in your town, not go to UNI at least that is my interpretation...so you can go to UNI without unlocking to get degree for other lots you want to place in your community....I think LOL
One per sim is ok by me as I was not placing more than that to begin with, hoarding the money for future generations :)
I just don't get the populate the town...without homes, noone will move in except for my relation, and that relationship isn't allowed, even in the sims :) So will all future generations be stuck with meeting and marrying NPC's?
I have read thru some of the other stories, but they were started before the changes so I can't get an idea how to work around that.
I did begin a new family (again :) )...Randomly selected looks etc but chose traits specific to first set of skills...decided I was going to work down the list in order to place lots (or close to in order).
