My advice for starting out in Sims 3. Take things slowly. It has quite a lot of depth and gets more complex with each expansion your add. (if you've added any) Work on learning about one aspect of it at a time. I also suggest you visit Carl's Guide. One of my favorite sites. Its dedicated to Sims 3 and has comprehensive lists, information and articles on all aspects and expansion/stuff packs. I've added a link below.

Thanks Kangaroobabe!! I do have 5 expansions, Dragon Valley, stuff I've bought/downloaded from the store and I am waiting for Katy perry's stuff pack to show up in the mail. Next up I want to buy Ambitions, Generations, and Showtime. I love the Carl's Site. I'm good enough with the game, that I can edit the town a little, do cheats (like to get rid of a ghost that wouldn't go back in it's urn!) I've read about 8 pages into the thread so far. I think that is why I am interested in doing this challenge.

Are most people using the world that kinda looks like TS2?
