You can either download one from the exchange or get one from one of the worlds.
It's been a while since I've done it but I'll try to talk you through it

go to the world you wish to pluck the lot from if you already have a save that is in that world fine if not you can start a new game you don't need to save nor pick a family.

Go to edit town. To do that click on the 3 dotted options button in the bottom left corner and then click on edit town

Once there find the lot you wish to copy

Click on it and then copy it to the bin I don't know what the icon looks like but if you hover over each one you can figure it out.
