I've had that problem too. Sunset Valley 2 is mostly flat though making it easier to re-arrange and rezone lots to your liking. (I think it even says something like that in the description :wink: or did I read that somewhere else :D )

BTW does anyone have any tips on how to build your own apartment buildings? I want to build 2-3 story apartments to move kids into when they reach young Adulthood. Whole theme is based on keeping family close. And with the founder having 100 kids, plus their partners/kids and other families thrown in to add fresh blood to the mix I'm going to need all the room I can get.

From what I've heard is apartments are very difficult to build something about routing and you still can only have 8 sims in a apartment. You're correct about sunset valley 2 being flat though I still placed a lot and it decide to sink the earth around the house. it was weird. I think you may find help in creative corner? Search around there or post there it's were the builders hang out in they might even have some already made you can use
