Thanks! It's been hard but I'll get through it, one day at a time. I think the skill requirements for buildings are really interesting! I want to get my current legacy to at least gen 3 before I start anything new (I'm like 3/4 through gen 1 now) but if I do start this again I think I'll follow most of those. The only ones I think I'd bend are the one lot per sim and can't move without leaving a sim behind ones. And occasionally build houses for people who aren't the founder's descendants to move into.
