I have never used it but I believe it charges your bill but I don't believe it is worth it. Every point is equal to a penny so a dollar is worth 100 sps

The majority of us doesn't follow the last most of us don't move so that hasn't been brought up but I don't blame you and probably wouldn't follow it. As to the one sim per each lot some don't follow that because their computer can't handle it. I think thats fine maybe have it that once that maxed skill is used you can't use it again to earn the second lot for that sim ect. Well I hope to see your story soon.
