Due to you being a "new member" there is some things you can't do that others can such as quoting properly, posting links or images. It's silly but there was spam issues which caused them to put this into act. Once you get to member stage then you can do the things I've listed. There is a thread somewhere that new members post to get help gaming member status by others liking agreeing loling your posts so you earn badges which makes your points go up.
