Addy has often told me that I manage to get a lot in a small lot. This time I have placed an artist's dream home on a 10x10 lot. You can place it anywhere. I built in Sunlit Tides on Cove Lane behind "Lovely Lot."

It's not a starter. It'll cost a mother lode or free realestate or a bit of playing to be able to afford it.
You can, of course, place it on any larger lot and enjoy a garden and other outdoor activities.
