You've done a wonderful job with your customizations! :D I'm always on the look out for places for my sims to go and Delmar Beach was a total disappointment for me. Perks' remodel is just the kind of thing I like adding to my game.

And like Starbucaneer said, it's great that you gave credit to the orignial creator. With so many people ripping off creators around here lately it is truly a breath of fresh air! :thumbup:

Has anybody tried placing it at 422 shoreline trail in Starlight Shores? It was built there.

I'm getting leveling issues.
