I'm sorry all your progress was lost. I remember this happening to me a long time ago while I was playing The Sims 2. I lost everything including a Bachelor Challenge story for my simpage that I was in the middle of editing. I had backups but they weren't current enough to get back my progress. I still didn't learn my lesson, though. I don't even bother with backups anymore because I never remember to update them frequently enough to be useful. Oh well, fresh starts aren't all that bad.
