started my legacy family using the sim i created and uploaded as my avatar. when she gained enough LTR points bought the reward of being able to dine free. she went military strictly because it offered her the most cash per hour starting out. her house is growing very slowly. her LTW is the one for maxing painting and guitar. thank you pinstar!!! hopefully this time i can make it through to gen 10 without cheating. never could in sims 2.
EDIT: my daughter is trying on her own copy of the sims to do a legacy challenge, she is almost 11 years old. and my husband, who has been watching first me and then me and our daughter play the sims since the original sims came out, has even started playing sims 3 himself. what is that old saying? the family that plays together stays together? :D
