What's wrong with it?? If you have the money, you can deconstruct it and rebuild. That's what I did once my sims got enough money.

I'm making my elders paint like crazy so when they die i'll have plenty of money to rebuild the home.

I was thinking of moving them out, and putting a premade home on the lot, and moving them back in.


I think thats against the "rules" ... ?? :lol:
