Sorry if I am dense, but it confuses me a bit - the whole Bloodline thing - who exactly it includes for what.
From what I understand it, "yes" to all the above, as long as they're still living on the Legacy lot.
Anyone in a bloodline (who is a young adult or older) can earn Portrait Points, and anyone in a bloodline can earn other Points. And anyone in a direct line of birth from the Founder (so Heirs and Spares, kids of Spares), plus anyone who marries in and has contributed to the next generation is in the bloodline.
