If you use mods, NRaas MasterController will let you "open" other houses to see inside. Click on the wall, the ground, or the house's map tag and select NRaas > MC > Open. Don't forget to close it when you're done though (NRaas > MC > Close) because having too many houses open can be a drag on performance.
Or you could just peek in the windows like a normal stalker.
