The perfect world

@zei I use the travel mod from Nraas and that has eliminated travel issues with my sims. I still empty out my sims inventory before traveling though, as the stuff you have in the inventory can cause issues. Jam jars in particular. I put any collectibles obtained in foreign worlds into trunks and the trunks into family inventory before traveling home. It works like a charm. I also make sure I save as prior to travel so I can restart if there is an issue.

I use traveler mod all the time without issue.Like Bekkasan said, I clear my inventory, I also make sure to use "save as" and create a new save, then use the prompted save to save as well.I cancel any opportunities they may have.The only time I have issue is if the custom world I travel
to doesn't have a base camp or any empty houses, then I can't place my sims and have to ctrl + alt del out.

I did have the NRaas Traveler mod when I had that problem. Everything went fine in China and my sims returned to their home world. Saved and then quit. The next time that save wouldn't load. Maybe it was because one of the sims had Pangu's Axe with her, and she hung it on the wall. I have no idea.

That's very insightful @bekkasan , thanks for sharing! I've always traveled with NRAAS traveler, guess that's why I've never had any problems. And I always tend to keep my sims' inventories clean to avoid lag, it has become a habit for me, but now I'll pay extra attention before traveling!

Of course there are perfect worlds. There's a perfect world for each day of the week. :mrgreen:

I tend to play Sunset Valley most.
Probably because of the size of the world and I am very familiar with the default sims.

@CK213 Have to agree with you there. Default world I turn to is Sunset Valley.

@CK213 yep default is sunset valley for me too. But i have started with the habit of moving around some lots or just bulldozing some houses I don't like. Actually, I would prefer to be able to customize your worlds much easier. As in; moving slots without bugs, customizing slot sizes etc. (not great at the world creation tool). Nevertheless I love going for a "victorian feel" in Sunset valley, colorful facades and cute towers are a must. Plus I change most of the public buildings to a more non modern look. But, I would love to find a world with all of my preferences that also has a long beach as Sunset.

Probably the world I play the most is sunset valley, a classic. I like the way it looks and has room for me to add a few things in. There’s a custom world, Evansdale County which I really like too- but for me it’s too big. I’m currently putting in lots from an empty world that is similar to that, but a bit smaller so I can get around. It has a small city area, an area for horses and farmland and then the basic town which looks similar to sunset valley.

I play Sunset Valley, Apaloosa Plains and Auroa Skies the most. Sunset Valley is "home" to me. Probably because it was the first one we ever had experience with. I've found a new appreciation for Moonlight Falls as well. Depending on the type of game/challenge I'm playing is how I choose which world to play in for a time.

I like that we have the choice and that there are still so many choices on the exchange.
