I think your sims would enjoy the house boat too, I love the boats they can fish off, some you can't i had to find one they could as a few designs i found they weren't able to do it off there too much crammed in, i am happy this one they can.
LOL My dog sleep like that often legs parted in all directions and belly up.. haha
YES Thank you for your great idea putting the birthday cake in the middle on a little table works really well, they really all take part in the celebrations, where when i tried it on the dining table and benches i had problems.
I don't know if Baldemar's hair was because he was born a female and i changed him to male or just a EA thing?
I am going to have to try Orlando or Baldemar to bath Natasha now as she really only lets Julian do it and when he's not around anymore it will be difficult, she does pick up fleas when she scouts around from time to time. I know she loves when Orlando brushes her he seems to be the one to do it the most, where Baldemar lets her sit on his lap more. But Julian really does have a thing with animals in the last game play he really showed animals take to him, and he doesn't have an animal trait on him... strange.. makes me feel humble, i always believe in RL that if my animals like someone then i know they re a good person. Guess my mentality is the same for my sims. It's cute seeing

I must say i haven't found problems with the MA academy down, i can't seem to buy the training dummy and breaking boards for the family so i put the academy down, if i could i wouldn't put it down anymore, it's really the only reason i place it without having to send them to china every time.
YES another pregnancy but not for Julian and Lucas anymore, it's time for gen2 now.. they nee to enjoy, Lucas isn't far from aging to and elder, which will be sad for me as i have my elders set on very short days (4 days only) I am considering to extend it for 6 or 7 days just so they can be around for their great grandchildren but i'm not sure might be that i just don't want them to die yet, however the gens are moving now... it's part of sims lives too i guess.
Thank you lovely, i am enjoying this gp but i wont lie i miss my Jag and Michael they were so different and i just adore them.. i really miss them, soon and i'll be back with them. Non the less i am enjoying this family and how they are progressing i am hoping to do 10 gens with them but i want to make each Gen achieve something different i think? Not sure just to spice things up a little.
I did try to move them to a different world where they can dive but i had so many problems with it i brought them back... lucky i did 2 back ups before they left their original world.
