You'll just run out of time in a vacation to make it work and get it done, especially since that task falls to the third generation, which also makes other tasks related to WA a bit hard to attain.
Everything else I've read sofar is perfectly doable. I'm interested to see the rest of the challenge.
Now that I think of it, Story Progression would cause problems due to the fact that it can change the number of Sims in the world, so I've changed it to making 30 friends.
As far as I know, the fact that it takes until the third generation shouldn't make a difference unless you already visit the WA worlds before it.
