I tend to play without memories enabled these days because of concerns with save file lifetime but I looked back at my old "My Page" from a few years back and oh boy- drama! I forgot that so much stuf...

I get planty of memories from the screenshots I take and use a Mod to disable the automatic memories as I didn't want to clog my saves up and have them going down sooner than they would've in any case.
