personally I think alot of what you are suggesting will eventually be implemented into the game. I don't think it will all be brought in at the same time though. The problem with the sims3 right now is the fact that there is just sooo little for sims to do outside of their houses. The seamless neighborhood is beautiful, and I love it, but what can you really do with it? I would like any EP that gave sims a reason to stay out after the sun sets! However we must think of these things from a buisness stand point. I see three, possably four ep's bringing in the elements you want one at a time. A nightlife type ep bringing in the dateing and clubbing scene, a buisness type ep generating the shopping themes, and yet another for the apartment, and industrial aspects. As of right now I can't see any ep that will bring crowded streets and busy atmospheres as that may cause problems for some computers. There are already those that get slow when to much is going on at once, not to mention those that have to hit pause and wait for things to render on there own lots!
