Ok everyone, since the OP has not yet updated this challenge for the new careers that came with Island Paradise and Into the Future, me and my friend
Aiden Swan(read his stories

here) came up with some requirements for the challenge that we will be using. If mimi returns and has some requirements of her own that is great too. These are just the ones that me and my friends will use so I thought I would share just in case anyone else wanted to start this challenge and use the new EPs.
Diver-Must have Loves to Swim trait
-Must max Diving Skill(Unlock Diver's Den)
-Must collect and display all Fish/Shells( http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/skills/islandparadise/scubadiving/seashellsandfish.php )
-Must master Diving Career
*Note: Unlocking Islands is a good way to find sea shell spawners

Lifeguard-Must have Charismatic or Athetic trait
-Must reach level 10(The Bay Watcher)
-Must save 35 sims to unlock Island(Cay to the City)
-Must master Skill based on which trait the sim has(Athletic or Charismatic) and complete Skill Challenges.(Athletic: Body Builder, Fitness Nut, and Marathon Runner; Charisma:Celebrity, Personable, Super Friendly)
*Note: Skill Challenges optional
Resort- Own a Beach Resort (Build one or buy and renovate Hobart's Hideaway) and raise to Five-Stars
- Own a Mediteranian Resort (Build one or purchase La Costa Verde) and raise to Five-Stars
- Own a EcoModern Resort(Build one or purchase Sparkling Sands) and raise to Five-Stars
-Must have Charismatic or Frugal trait
*Note: Running resorts does not take up a career slot so your sim may also make money with another career or profession to help with purchasing the resorts.
(Astronomy is included in the original but now there is a legit career for it so we changed a couple things. )
Astronomy(Astrophysicist)- Must max out the Logic skill and complete Celestial Explorer Skill Challenge
- Must reach level 10(Phase 10 Physicist)
- Must have the Genius trait
- Must Watch the Stars with a mate once a week.
Astronomy(Space Explorer)-Must max Athletic or Advanced Tech skills
-Must reach leve 10(Beam Commander)
-Must have Genius or Athletic trait
-Must Watch the Stars with mate once a week
Bot Arena(Arena Official)-Must max Charisma skill
-Must reach level 10(Arena Commissioner)
-Promote 25 Competitions
-Must have Charismatic or Bot Fan trait
Bot Arena(Arena Mechanic)-Must max Bot Building skill
-Must reach level 10(Senior Engineer)
-Perform 25 Tune- Ups
-Must have Bot Fan trait
Bot Builder- Must max Bot Building skill
- Must reach level 10 Bot Builder Career
- Must give a Plumbot Sentience
- Must have Bot Fan trait
