Do not be surprised if your child has a huge chin or even larger.
Do not be shocked if your daughter has a unibrow and really thin lips
Do not be astonished when your son has a really big nose
Or a combo of them all

On the other hand a sim like Christian worse you have to worry about is a larger nose can be smaller though.His other features are not extremes he has good lips unlike most males with thin ones a good head shape etc

I never had much of a problem with ugly faces in the sims 3, but I almost always got kids with that nasty brown/green vomit hair color.
