This game doesn't want me to have a lvl 10 magician!

I had the same problem with my singer in Starlight Shores. Once she reached lvl 8 or 9 the game started having real problems.

There's a known issue with too many limos generating that will bog down the game. I have the mod Overwatch from Nraas and it deleted over 10,000 limos during it's 3 am cleanup! :o I had to get the mod Traffic from Nraas to keep the limos in check. Hope this helps.
