How many EPs work well together and which ones come down to the strength of the system one is playing on. Many of us have no problems running all 11 EPs. The Patch 1.69 Origin generated warnings about using fewer EPs appear for everyone using Origin for Windows until we hit the button that says "Stop telling me this," it's not that our systems have been evaluated to generate that message. For those of us on strong enough systems, it is not necessary to limit the EP usage.
I'm sorry, but this is a known bug with the performance career limos and will affect many players even if Showtime is the only EP they have in play. That is why NRaas Traffic (and Overwatch) do what they do. There are similar bugs, although less prevalent, with snack and ice cream truck over-spawnage (LN and Pets respectively) that the mods also take care of.
