I know, but I want to add the beautiful vista moodlet. I meant saving the empty lot (after tearing everything off it by hand, not using the bulldozer tool) and it doesn't save that way. I really want to get that moodlet on so many, and I can't understand your last mini paragraph. =[
As for the FPS thing, aside from not being able to make vsync run, again, that's only that high in the actual build/buy mode, main menu and the intro animation (which I usually use a mod to remove anyway) so it's not an issue. It's usually around 30 something to 70 something in the actual game, towards the lower end depending on the world (which is most). My monitor is 60Hz. Getting up to 70 is incredibly rare, only happens on fresh custom worlds that don't even have lots, let alone structures or god forbid some trees... I don't use them anymore anyway.
