Hi @Tamaowner the game world editor is known to be a bit troublesome and it can be very awkward to even replace the same size lot.Have you got the chance to go back into CAW and place the lot directly where you want it? That would probably make things so much easier :) ... although you would need to uninstall the current world through the launcher and then export/import it again as before when you've finished in CAW.Keeping fingers crossed that you can sort it :)

Thank you for the suggestion, it worked, the only problem is now I have trees that the in game world editor can't even move, but i'll go back in CAW and fix that

But may I ask if you have actually placed the 40x40 lot in CAW or did you just edit the terrain and are now trying to add it with the in game world editor after you installed the world?

@Hidehi Yeah, it was annoying but I figured out the trees and shrubs in CAW, my only problem now is that an earlier edit of Brooklyn Heights is showing up even though the game said my newest edit was installed, i'm gonna move the saves out and uninstall Brooklyn Heights, then reinstall the new edit, I don't know if you have any other ideas

Hi @Tamaowner , you are absolutely right it is best to uninstall the earlier version of Brooklyn Heights and definitely a good idea to put your saves somewhere safe before they get lost.
The only other way is to rename the edited world but I'm not sure the game would recognise your saves.

Sorry for the wait, I was able to fix the problem, however now that I reinstalled everything on a new solid state drive which you honestly need for Sims 3 and it's awesome, I got all the store items, expansions, mods, worlds, etc. my modded lot is blue even if I start a game in that world with a different character.

Is there a good place to attach screenshots? I don't know what anyone's solution would be for this.

It's been about a week and I am unable to see the forum rules as it says "Permission Problem
You don't have permission to do that." and I really do not know who has permission to see the rules, so if this is an inappropriate bump, sue me.

Does anyone have any idea what I should do?
