The OP on this thread had a properly working game for a long while then ran into problems when their hard drive became too full to load and run the game properly -- she had two hard drives but it was running from one that had very limited space. Would that match your situation?
Is it only one saved TS3 game that refuses to load? You may have a "bad" save there, is there a prior save you can revert to?
If it's more than just one saved game being stubborn, we would need to know what kind of computer specs you are playing on and how many EPs (and which ones) you have in play in order to help determine if there something wrong or that needs adjustment with your hardware.
