Trouble with 'Sims 3 stopped working' and Error code 12s

My game is in a lot of trouble at the moment. Recently I had my sims over in China for a while. I had the aging and travel time off and things were going smoothly. But all of a sudden when I come back...

@phoebebebe13 I have started games on empty worlds (eg. the CAS world) for modelling purposes and have been able to save then. But on my main Sunset Valley save I don't think I have been able to successfully save on my new pc yet. I can't even play for a minute. I'm deleting every bad save. I have this power supply. It should be brand new. It could be cc but I've been through the dashboard and got rid anything that was duplicated, conflicting or corrupted (it was just some eyelashes and a dress).
