Oh...no. G2A is legit in the sense that they aren't in business to rip anyone off and they have a reputation for great customer service. But they are known for at times re-selling improperly obtained codes as they do not reveal or thoroughly investigate their sources. You might be just fine there or they may stop working on you suddenly. But at least with Stuff Packs, your games aren't very likely to be ruined as they might with Expansion Packs that are required to play an ongoing game forward once they have been introduced.
