Yeah I know. Generations spiced the gameplay up a lot!
You're right that toddlers are pretty boring. It's practical that we can now adjust the length of individual ages seperatly, so I usually make the toddler-part pretty short, but the teen, young adult and adult long. Nice to be able to have a long lifespan without also having to deal with boring babies and toddlers for too long :-)
