Trying to tame this wild horse...
So, it didn't take long for a wild horse to come on my lot. Like just a couple minutes. XD Also, the ice cream truck did stop at my house. Woot! Only got to play for like 15 minutes on my lunch br...

Well, my sim had a level 10 riding skill. He went to the waterfall and befriended the black wild horse, but I did not see the option for adopting it, so I just shift/clicked to "add to active family" which is fine and it now stays at his home. BUT even though they are best friends, no matter how much time he spends with it or how high his bff level is with it, he never gets the option to adopt it.
The horse had a wish to enter a jumping competition, so I had him take it for one. (He can mount and ride it but it is bareback, he never gets a saddle and cannot lead it)
But even though it allowed him to enter the horse into the competition, something went wrong and it froze them in the equestrian center forever. I had to resetsim on both of them before they could get out of there and go home.
So the horse is part of the household and he can ride it, but he cannot adopt it and apparently should not enter it into any competitions.
Any ideas how I can get the option to adopt this horse so that the interactions are "normal" as with his other horses?
