I have this same problem it says to watch it, and soon it will like you. anyway if it was me and I felt like creating a little i would use the cheat "testingcheatsenabled true" and use it to move the bar slowly up by holding on the bar to wear you want it. this could also help with your sims needs to just drag on the need to wear you want it and fixed. This is just me though. :)
