It does look good.
Basically now i am looking at my budget... I think I can get Seasons and one more pack for the same cost as Eco Living for Sims 4.

Of course seasons is a must it adds so much to game play and being IP is one of my all time favorite packs in the S3 series I am going to have to agree with @alanmichael1 that IP is fantastic if you like beach life, running resorts, using houseboats to travel around the world and diving etc however a lot of players have a experienced a few issues with the world but a player called @ciane made a great tutorial on how to get the world working better if you do experience any issues and can I can personally attest the information provided does work. University is another EP you may wish to consider. There are tons of objects and activities; from bowling alleys to the barista bar, bonfires and kegs, table tennis and juice pong, vending machines and many more items that can enhance your game overall, whether or not you choose to have your Sim attend university.

In addition to obtaining degrees and the uni experience itself, there are other extras like more trait slots, more careers, more skills, etc. It’s a fun pack overall that adds quite a bit to your game.

University is one of my favorites, I usually choose it over Seasons if I have to limit my EP choice for a game if I gotta be honest. All the fun of college, none of the bugs of Island Paradise. :p

For now I have put University Life, Seasons and Island Paradise on my wishlist. There was no sale going on so I can't really afford anything right now (Priorities, Crusader Kings III is out and I haven't bought it yet)
