I don't switch between the two very often but I have put a couple of hours into the game.

I like having sliders but I also like the push-pull aspect of TS4 CAS.
Toddlers are more difficult and detailed
Vampires came with skill trees
Club system as mentioned would be nice to have as well.

Roombas! I just thought about this the other day. I got one in RL and then starting to think about having one in TS3.
